So I was listening to a guided meditation. The Void Method works wonders when I’m sitting up. And I had tiny dreams that lasted a few seconds but they felt extremely real for some reason. I couldn’t see well or smell anything, but I could feel very well. I really hope it’s actually a mini shift. ALSO I’m thinking I’m improving at shifting in general because I stopped getting headaches when trying to shift.
I’M GOING TO FLIPPING CRY! I’M SO MUCH MORE CONFIDENT NOW THAN WHEN I FIRST STARTED OMG. I’M GOING TO ACTUALLY SHIFT ONE DAY.
Let me know if anyone wants tips on how to shift better or anything.
