I dont want to sound like that one scenemaxxer, but i've seen a lot of people on the internet calling themselves "scene", but they dont even put effort on dressing like a scene kid.
Scene is both a music and fashion based subculture!!! You NEED the hair to be scene, and no, im not saying that you need straight hair, because thats just not true. Scene is about being creative and different, cause a scene! People just dont understand the diversity of scene, you dont need to have side bangs, there's tons of scene kids with straight bangs, curly hair, wavy hair and so on, just put effort on it! You CANNOT call yourself scene if you dont even try to look like a scene kid!
Same with music. No, scene music is NOT that hyperpop trash. There's tons of different music genres like: deathcore, death metal, metalcore, crunkcore and SO much more.
And before some people come after me, PLEASE do your research on the subculture, tiktok completely ruined the real scene!

Dont call yourself scene then, because music is just as important as fashion in the scene comunity, dont call yourself scene, and there's tons of ways to dress scene, just remebember, tight clothes and the hair are most important (music too!) but you have to have atleast the hair and listen to the music, just search some scene hairs, you for sure will find a way to do it <3

Its not because no one is forcing you to be scene, you can dress like one, just dont call yourself a scene kid. Its that simple.
