Day 4 at the mental hospital : chilling day

Hello guys, today it will be short since i'm so tired and i don't have much time to write those days !! I still can respond to your questions in the comments. 

New diagnosis :: 

I got a new diagnosis, the psychiatrist told me that i have PTSD; Someone with PTSD often relives the traumatic event through nightmares and flashbacks, and may experience feelings of isolation, irritability and guilt. They may also have problems sleeping, such as insomnia, and find concentrating difficult

I was suprised and chocked because it's true, i had alot of panic attack caused by some memories triggered in different situation but i also have problems to sleep and i can suddenly blank out and dissociate. 

Today, i played with my friends many games and i also did some coloring. We also went to the sona of the hospital because we asked for it and we had so much fun in the water.

But anyways, now i'm washing some videos wile coloring a book <33 Take care of you and have fun in your life :b
