Hello guys it's mee !! So here is an update of my second day of being in mental hospital. 

Morning :: 

A nurse came to wake me up at 8 am since i couldn't wake up. Then i took my meds and i finally prepared myself. Some makeup and some clothes to be ready for lunch. 

Unfortunetly, they finished breakfast so i quickly took an apple and an orange juice to ne prepared for the day. 

I then went in the comunal room to watch tv and also play with my nitendo switch. 

Panic attack : 

I went to my first activity : art ; i'm in a orange zone so the nurse is following me everywhere. She helped me to go with the art teacher before going away. 

The stress started when i was doing pottery, i didn't knew anybody in the room and they were talking loudly. I had a flashback from a trauma then quickly runned away from the class.

There started the panic attack, so they called the nurse and she helped me going back to my room where i had a derealisation episode. 

Afternoon : 

After i calmed down, i finally just started to go downstairs for lunch and i talked with my new friends that i made.

After that i played some boards games and my friend convenced me to go back with him to the art class because there was another session !! 

I asked the nurse to have my headphones and she accepted. I hope i will finally have my chargers and my stuff because it's really annoying to always go to the nurse office to charge my computer, phone and switch. ALSO MY VENTI LAMP I CANT USE IT WITHOUT BATTERY.
