the January log

I will try to keep blogging consistently going into this new year (and continuing to update existing blogs and posts). I started keeping a daily log journal as suggested by my therapist so I wanted to put everything onto place to visualize the month better.

Tasks:

8 Basement cleaning sessions ~11 hours

watched my shows: a season further through the Sopranos, and two seasons of Sunny in Philly

8 Self storage/management sessions: basically I got everything up until 2024 from my Google Photos into my hard drive and started De-Googling myself and I backed all my passwords up, and now I'm working on archiving my old snapchat memories

5 (Theory) Reading sessions ~8 hours I think this was mostly getting through Value, Price & Profit by Marx

watched 9 movies?.

I had a lot of trouble getting myself to actually be productive before like 5, I only had two days that I had an easy time getting myself out of my room by the afternoon. I've been vowing myself to go sleep mode after 10 and I think that'll improve things.

Other various things:

Have been learning Dutch on duolingo for 35 days now

Mediated 5 times, my goal for the month was 1 time

phone Screen Time:

avg - 5.2 hr/ day

median - 5 hr/ day

1st half avg - 6 hr/ day

2nd half avg - 4.4 hr/day

27% decrease in the month

Classes started and I think I'm like ahead of everyone but I cant tell, I think I'm like five years older than everyone in the class. Gonna finally assist with a gig. Continuing to work on school stuff for just an hour or two every day, I have less stress.

boyfie and I had more Castration club meetings, so we've spread it to like 4 people total now. I seens CMAi four times now, and Aii three times

Had an unsuccessful attempt at seeing Marty Supreme the first time but still had a nice time at a pub

Had a great time at my friend's birthday party we surprised him, and I saw friends then.

Basically I just have been going to less shows because we decided to go to the Gingerbee final show in Chicago in March
