PLEASE help me,idk what 2do

So recently a friend of mine has started cutting herself and my soul is literally breaking becauze i see what she has turned into in the past few weeks and im scared im gonna lose her soon..

I never had this kind of thoughts yet and i am aware that i cant fully understand her but im trying to help her out as much as possible. Im giving her advice and all that and she is thankfull but i see she cant use that advice rn
