a great way to apologize to someone you could've possibly upset, is to show with a gesture or honesty that you really mean it, explain why u said what you said, that you validate her feelings, that you get why shes upset, and promise you'll stop doing it again in the future. Actually stop doing it in the future. Hope this helps you out a bit, pretend i didnt say this as the person I am but just pretend im some stranger, this advice is gonna help you out in a lot of similar situations actually remember this please.
