Hmu shifters

If there are any reality shifters out there, pls talk 2 me. I’m a badly shifter and I’ve used a few methods and felt symptoms and I have a DR and script and everything. I really just want to leave my CR and I hope I can go soon.

(Btw I know I’m not actually traveling to another dimension. I’m just really curious about how amazing my brain is and what it can recreate.
