A major one I recommend is journaling it can help you in many ways for a lot, but some people prefer to just keep it in their head or would rather talk instead of writing about it even if its talking to a person or just like to themselves. It can help tremendously for many to either say it out loud, write it, or even hear themselves talk about it. If your mental health is bad proper therapy is recommended to get proper help. Another one that i personally do is embroidering which is popular on Pinterest depending the side of Pinterest you are on me personally am on that side where i see all these cute little jeans or shirts with little embroidering on them. Another is scrap booking not only is it a great way to document your life it's fun to do and is not that hard to complete no matter how much or less creativity you have. Other hobbies can be crocheting and sewing both can be very fun and have a wide range of things you could do from crocheting purses to stuffed animals. And for sewing you can either learn to run a sewing machine or even learn how to hand sew things to get smaller details on them. For sewing machines, you can make blankets and pillows while hand sewing can be used for handmade stuffed animals or even fixing torn clothes. A lot of those may seem generical and common there are easy things you could also do as simple as reading, writing, painting, do board games or puzzles, bedazzling, coloring, or even cleaning is a easy thing you can do to fill your free time. Even something as simple as learning a new sport, recipe, or even a hairstyle. Some of these hobbies do have some things to watch out for like sewing and embroidering it's important to watch for the needle not to poke yourself. I do recommend going for hobbies that match your interest and schedule. For something easy i recommend any of the puzzle or board game type things but if you want to do more than that embroidering is a good pic. for embordering you can go get a kit from Hobbie lobby or possibly other crafts stores, they usually come with everything you need for it. if you're looking for something you can do anywhere, I recommend journaling since you only need a pen or pencil and somewhere to write. There are multiple ways to journal like traditional like a daily one then you can do quote-based ones then there is bullet journaling. While if you're looking for something else more that'll take a while scrapbooking is good or even bedazzling that can take hours sometimes depending on the item you're bedazzling. You don't have to follow anything i say its just my opinion on hobbies you can do whatever fits you personally.
Byeeee my lovelys!!! <3
PS: sorry for the messy wording or spelling, I'm still working on things to write about, and any advice is greatly appreciated since I havent finalized what im writing about yet!!

Yo tengo mi, hobby de remedar hoyitos en las camisas, incluso cuando veo que un compañeros, o amigos tiene hoyitos los arreglos, pero me estresa el bordado de crochet, o similares.
