can’t stop thinking about this hallucination

I had a hallucination that I can’t get out of my head. I was in bed, trying to sleep, when I saw a guy covered in a white sheet. The sheet had two holes where his eyes were. There was something tied around his neck. I couldn’t really tell what it was, but it looked like barbed wire. His neck was twisted in a really messed-up way, like it was broken. He was just standing there, facing me, a little ways away from my bed. He didn’t move at all. He stayed there for a few seconds, then slowly faded away until he was gone. After that, I went to my bedroom bathroom and started writing this.
