Layout geeking out?

So i am trying to make my layout look nice but everything starts geeking out everytime I edit something wether it is my page turning stretched out or blinkies just not showing up and its really pmoing me. The moon guy from fnaf that i have in the top right is not supposed to be hovering over my about me. If anybody has any ideas how to fix this annoying a$$ issue please let me know.
