hey cuties! this is my first blog on my new account and i wanted to ask if anybody has any tips on staying consistent with college life (revising, going in, keeping ontop of assignments).
I started college in september 25 and for the first 3 or 4 weeks i was so motivated and great at going in + keeping on top of my work, and then one day me and my boyfriend decided halfway through the day to go back to his and skip as we were both really tired and after that it just became such a bad habit that my attendance is now 32% and i have about 20 assignments and assesments that ive missed and havnt done that i now need to complete otherwise ill get kicked out, during those months of constantly skipping my mental health plummeted and i started feeling how i did when i was in secondary school which as you can guess made it worse. My main issue right now is that i just spoke to my course manager explaining my mental health, home life, and why my attendance is so low due to those things however that course manager has now left last week so now im going to have to speak to my new one and im not too sure if he would be as understanding as my last one so now i have to speak to him about everything which is scary because ive only met the guy once and also ask to set up another meeting with him and my mum </3
if anybody has any advice and tips on how to just stay motivated and consistent id really really appreciate it!!
