glow up challenge

Hiiii. The goal of this challenge is to become the best version. I would like to have more sense in my life, to develom myself and to become happy. 

So here are the main rules:

1. body: stretching + workout (at learst 10 minutes daily)

2. studing: rn I have a vacation, so I have nothing to do. Only 30 minutes of reading uni literature

3. care: daily shower, full skin care routine twice a day

4. save money. Think before buying + write down how much I spent

5. food: healthy diet. Write down what I eat and minimase junk food

6. mood: daily write down my thought and feelings + practics from my book

7. hobbies: find new loving hobbies

So I will daily write about this points for 30 days and then I will analyse what have changed in my life.
