I feel like we should all embrace the fact that you only get to do stuff

I myself am paying for a 7-25k seamester when I graduate, not only because it’s going to be a “fun summer vacation” but because it gives me great experience. You can do your marine biology studies, get leadership experience if you aren’t into marine biology or the leadership program, or you can do YOUR OWN studies. I am personally going to college to be an elementary school teacher and I could go do a seamester, do my studies for education AND get the leadership experience that qualifies me for my job even more. 90% of the time that itself can get you into nice jobs. College isn’t the only way that you can earn money, take my dad for example. He never went to college, started at the very bottom and worked enough jobs to get him to his AMAZING job now that pays him well over minimum wage.

Follow your dreams, spend that money, and TAKE THAT TRIP!!
