Have you ever had a delayed reaction to something that you didnβt even notice until it counts?
I think Iβm experiencing carpal tunnel with how clumsy I was gripping a magic marker and didnβt my arm being inflamed until I did that stretching exercise lol

not a delayed reaction, but once I got a bad carpal tunnel flareup from carrying 20/40lb ice bags repeatedly out of an ice truck. It was so bad i couldn't sleep because every time i moved my wrist my entire arm would radiate pain up even to my shoulders!!! and then the next day I sublocated my shoulder picking up a 5lb bag of ice TT. no more hauling ice for me
