music recs?

i’m trying to get myself back into the punk/metal scene (i know this sounds extremely poser bear with me please) 

i like bands like discharge, nailbomb, power trip, rebelmatic, skinless, the skeptix and whitechapel, mayhem and some more well known bands like metallica, dark throne, staind, soad and so on :p idk i have really bad impostor syndrome when it comes to these things bc i used to get called a poser all the time when i was like 15/16 

soooo please let me know some bands that i don’t know of!! i don’t know who to ask about these things and im hoping you guys on here will be more helpful and welcoming then literally anyone on other socials -_-
