Sasuke is one of my favorite characters in Naruto Shippuden, not because of his appearance, but because of his story. I love how well-developed his character is, showing everything he suffered throughout his life and everything he had to endure. I don't understand people who call him "emo" when they haven't even bothered to understand anything about Sasuke and everything he went through. How he distanced himself from people, how many girls didn't notice him for who he was, but only for his looks, how he was stalked (Karin), and how he was a victim of grooming (Orochimaru), just like so many others. How he wasted his whole life seeking revenge for something he never knew the truth about. They'll never be able to make me hate Sasuke.

He was a child weapon in a world full of child weapons, seeking to reclaim himself but realizing that he had lost himself in the ocean on hatred, and then realized he waded in on a falsity. i always feel so bad for him, he was struggling badly with his burden and he was taking the path that he thought would fix him. :(
