today's assembly

today was... fine ig idk

at school we had our quarterly assembly

i like assemblies, theyre pretty fun

the hula team does stuff, the teachers present shit

i like when the hula team dances

its very cool looking and the songs are nice

i never did hula in school but i think its a very pretty form of art and culture

but anywaaay

at the assembly our vice principal did a gender reveal for her baby which was cool ig

its a boy btw

i guessed girl because babies are more likely to be girls

but eh

i wish the cheer team did something for the assembly

cheer is such a fun looking sport as well

like their music sounds like lazers

but seeing them fuckin THROW EACH OTHER IN THE AIR??

thats so cool

in elementary school the stage was outside in the field

so i remember all my friends who were in hula would complain because the dancers have to be barefoot

and their feet would get all grassy and dirt covered

and the red dirt is very... stainable

in assemblies the student council narrates shit

and im not a fan of student council because i was vice president in 5th grade

and we did like. nothing lmao

we would meet every wednesday (early days, we go home at 2:40 usually but on wednesday we go out at 1:27)

the meetings were just us fucking around most times

idk what student council is like now though im not doing that shit
