Oops! What's that? I missed months of blogging!? (O_o;)

Yeah, that happens. I apologize.

I ended up becoming extremely busy with the last couple months in university, then when I got into winter break I was so burnt out that I crashed into bed into a deep hibernation until.... RIGHT NOW!

Today is the first day of classes again, so I was unwillingly dragged from my bed and thrown into an uncomfortably small desk. It wasn't all bad considering my MWF consists of one in-person class. It's a bit of a drag to drive for one class, but I'll use it as an excuse to work on my two asynchronous classes on campus too. My TT classes will be the busy ones, as I'll be on campus from eight in the morning until sixteen—two hour intervals between my classes too. It'll be a bit annoying in all honesty. I hope the classes are comfortably easy enough to justify the open time. I'll probably bring my Nintendo DS to play in the down time if I don't feel like doing school work. (-.-)

I didn't watch as much stuff over my Winter break as I would've liked to. It's a little bit upsetting to me. I ended up getting scolded by my netizen friends that I've been away too much due to university—IN A KIND WAY—so I made it up to them by playing a lot of Team Fortress 2 together. I also tried Helldivers II. It's fun, but if I'm completely real with my friends, the way they sold it to me kinda killed it for me. I said it's fun but suffers from me having no idea what I'm supposed to do. They tell me that's the best era of it and that it becomes less fun once you learn it all, but as a whole I don't like the idea of a game that's confusing until it becomes boring. Visually pretty though! I was obsessed with the cape physics.

I've officially begun my paperwork today as I prepare for Japan too. I guess it makes it very real for me now as the beginning of the journey—as if going to university for this wasn't already the real start of it all.

My father and I had a fun time making fun of the new passport paperwork. The current administration are a bunch of morons, so seeing how it has changed was fun. I don't look forward to more paperwork involving leaving the United States though if this is how things are going. Oh well, it's a must if I wish to leave this sh*thole country.

Still, I guess there are some fun memories to be had. I spent some time today on YouTube and Flickr looking at old videos and pictures of the shopping mall I frequented as a child. Those memories will always be held near and dear to me. I can't let the government and it's belligerent jackass of a leader completely ruin everything about this place. They push it pretty close though.

I survived the big winter storm on the East coast too. I went out for a walk in it at night, made a couple hearts in the snow with pee, got some gas station snacks, and threw snowballs at random things.

I also went to a movie night at a friend's house. I watched the animated movie of Look Back (2024). I liked it a lot! It also inspired me to pick up drawing again, as I meant to originally practice it this whole break. I only got around to it on the last day. Oops, again!

Have the piece I did as I leave! Hopefully I can improve over time, and make sure to blog more frequently.

I redrew a Meowth Pokemon card I really like.
