guys, need help

okay, so i'm a spiritual girl who practice witchcraft and i've been with this like for 4 years completely focus on it, and i can say with hole confident that i'm good at it (not at all cause there's a lot of stuff i want to learn about) and now i want to open my 3rd eye (i know it's a huge step but i feel ready, and yes, i know the disadvantages). right now, without any practice, i have my 3rd eye like 30% open more or less and i can feel the entities and see them but not like an alive person/animal/whatever, but like a black or white slick, which depending the moment stays quiet for long or, not even a second. i want to expand my vision and be able to see them better and their bodys, i'm not afraid. by the moment, i'm doing a 20min meditation by jacobo grinberg (who i'm a huge fan) to open it and i don't know if it's working or not but if there's someone who knows about this complex world and know another meditation or method, please say it to me, i'll be really grateful. i'm going to keep doing the jacobo's method by the moment
