HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE "ABOUT ME" BOX?

I want it to be a transparent black but i don't kow how to do it :(

not only about me but oter bozex aswell :((

also how do i cahnge the body (not bg) of my ptofile to transparant custom color? does anynone kmos the code?
