why growing up is so hard

From and 17 year old with some of my experiences

I’d like to start this off with thank you for reading and I am sorry for all the grammar and spelling mistakes hope you enjoy

Even with guidance from friends, family, counselors, teachers, etc growing up is still hard because of many of things. As your grow up and move threw highschool you gain more responsibility, more pressure is placed on your weather that be school, sports or a job you have. You might lose friends on the way and you are still trying to figure out who you are.

Responsibility: no more mommy and daddy telling you when to clean your room. no more of them babying you they don’t get proud when you do your chores without being asked because that is what they expect.

Pressure: Senior year has been the most difficult year of highschool for me college applications, scholarships and the iconic senioritis. For school I haven’t felt that much pressure but with sports especially I have and since this is a big year for me (could be my last for sports) it is difficult for me to be able to balance.

Losing friends: At first losing friends is very difficult it’s almost like breaking up with someone but after you stop being friends that don’t bring value into your life like just bringing you joy you will be so much happier

Identity:Finding out who you are might be one of the most difficult things you can do because no one can tell you who YOU are you have to figure that out.But doing this dose take time and can be difficult and frustrating in order to minimize thos negative feelings I suggest surrounding your self with people who you enjoy being around people who uplift you make you happy and people you don’t feel like you are stepping on egg shells around because thoughts are truly the best people.
