Sleepy's Bedtime Stories: Autoimmune Problems

I really hate having an autoimmune disorder. Like what do you mean I can never tell if I'm actually sick or if my body is just attacking itself for no reason???

Like my nose is running like a leaky faucet, my body hurts, and I'm sneezing, but that means 1 of 2 things. Either my immune system bottomed out and I need to wear a mask so I don't get actually sick, or my immune system already failed and I got sick, and I need to wear a mask.

It just changes the treatment, but honestly I don't think I'm sick bc antihistamines r working and the usual stuff for autoimmune problems, but the things that normally works for sickness aren't working.
