i fear the past is coming back to me . (¬_¬)

Everything that happened to me october 2024 - april 2025 was hell oml and i was getting somewhat better month by month and recently it feels like its coming back to me. Ive tried doing things differently, hoping it wont happen again but i dont think i can stop it this time and im scared
