Being Vulnerable is the one of the scariest things you can do

I feel like being vulnerable is one of the scariest things to do because you are letting someone see you at your lowest or weakest and we don't want anyone to see us like this.Weather that be out of embarrassment,fear of judgment, or maybe you just want people to believe you don't have any lows because you feel you will be less respected.But in reality this isn't how it should be.people who truly care for you will not make you feel embarrassed for being vulnerable they will not judge you and they will not lose respect for you and  if they truly care they will reassure you that there is nothing to be embarrassed about,help you threw your lows and respect you more for showing them a side people commonly don't show.
