is it just me? ..

is it just me or? .. i genuinely don't get people who are so unaware of their whole behaviors and are either really ignorant or rude in general. no offence to people who lack basic social ques or aren't really social in general , but i always find it shocking when people are so caught up in their own worlds that they are so inconsiderate to those around them. for example : 

a friend of mine who i attend church with [ we're not close , but we grew up around each other - if that makes sense , so us and our youth are basically comfortable with each other ] but , we have this youth dance coming up in a week and i had invited my friends and we were all going to ride in my car , and mind you the drive is like an hour away because its on the northern side , whereas im from the west. so she asks my mum ( who is dropping us off ) if we were going , and my mum replies with a casual " oh yea , im dropping ___ and her friends off " and this friend of mine states; " okay sweet! guess we'll ride with you too. " and im standing off to the side hearing this conversation and my mind is just so full of .. well , theres no exact word to describe it but either way , like it felt like a personal attack - because her parents refused to take her because of the distance , and she could only go if she got a ride , but she just invited herself to catch a ride in MY CAR without considering to ask. and for more context , im literally going with five friends , my car is a seven-seater and she even invited her three other friends to catch a ride with us , as if we had the space. i don't know if im overreacting , but either way i told her to piss off and get her own ride - my car isn't a taxi cab and we can't fit five of us plus an extra three , it's just too much and without even asking? girl get your ass on the heck. 

p.s - she got upset after i told her lol
