Tastes surprisingly similar to salty calamari. Very unique texture, easy to chew and swallow, i felt kinda sad that I was eating snail tho :(

Yooo i also recently tried escargot for the first time in Brussels. I thought they were pretty mid because the meat itself wasn't all that flavourful yk what i mean?

i was surprised how nice it was when i had it too. just had to ignore the fact its a snail
