Barack made his way out of Ugomu’s abode and back into the dimly lit Tokyo streets. The storm had doubled down on its intensity, threatening to wipe out the island nation, whether with it’s absurd wind-speed, the gallons of water piling up in the streets due to the constant pelting of rain, or the thunder and lightning that struck almost every second. But these insanely harsh conditions did not slow down Barack any. He may have been hindered, but not even mother nature's ungodly wrath would stop him from achieving his dream of political power. He continued making his way through the storm as Ugomu’s words bounced around in his mind. He remembered what he would have to do to succeed. He needed to find a sacrifice, preferably an innocent one. But with everyone holed up in their homes it would not be easy. As Barack made his way further from the industrial market streets of downtown Tokyo, he arrived in the more residential section of the city. With hundreds of homes now in his view, he would have to choose one. As his eyes scanned the homes, they stopped at one very unremarkable house among them. Barack didn’t know why he chose this one. Maybe it was the blue siding, maybe it was the brick-laiden chimney, or the sound of the shudders slamming against the thick-glass windows. Whatever it was, that house was his decision. And this decision would change the course of his life, of everyone’s lives. Forever.
