{Arcane} Jinx was a victim of child labour

At least a part of Silco's drug empire was built on the backs of Jinx's child labour, if you consider that she started working for him as soon as she was adopted. that fact is reinforced by how nobody (except Silco) frames it as "she's his adoptive daughter", it's always "she works for him". not only did Silco raise this girl to be a killing machine, took Vi away from her and was indirectly to blame for the deaths of the rest of her family, he also made this - likely malnourished, heavily traumatized and at most 13 years old - child work for him, in the middle of a bunch of adults, drugs, and guns. It's very obvious, but no one ever brings Powder's child labour into the conversation when debating wheter Silco was a good father figure or not.
