With the new Tiktok deal, ive decided to leave the platform even though it hurts as I've built a community there. I just don't feel safe on that platform anymore. I do hope my friends from there will find me here, I practically use the same username everywhere so it wouldn't be hard lol.
Anyways, let's welcome in the new age of the Internet by bringing back the old. Looking forward to building a community here as well. Feel free to friend me :))

What deal?
Tiktok (in the US) was bought by Oracle. And in their new terms of service they have said they will be collecting data on immigration status, sexual orientation and gender orientation. Seeing as how Oracle is in partnership with Palantir (a massive AI surveillance company that's been helping ICE find people to deport.) I just can't imagine they will be doing anything good with that data.
