hey, you feeling down?? thats fine. it happens to the best of us twin. thats human. heres what you can do that personally helps me, but everyone is different so u can add or erase something 2!
make a playlist of your favorite songs that cheer you up and blast it!! (imo i love hyperpop and nostalgic music, especially pretty scene girl or complicated by avril, but everyone has different taste, so u should find what cheers u up!)
go outside and breathe in some fresh air. it really helps!
if you have someone, talk with them. vent or joke! whatever helps you
watch (your comfort) movie / read a book
if you can, let it all out and cry your soul out. it helps too
eat a chocolate... or food you love if you have it
get yo ass of that screen and interact with the real world (i know i sound like a mom or my math teacher now, but theyre right as much as we are in denial)
do something you love! diy, play instrument, sing, dance, produce, sk8, draw, paint
meditate and/or sit in silence with your thoughts
and if u ever need someone to talk to, i can volunteer lol
youre good enough. dont waste your life worrying and having so much bad thoughts. we live THIS life only once, so dont end it before its supposed to
