Death in winter
The night was cold,
Our bodies were sore.
We died by the hands of that man
Left all alone in the dark.
No signs, no one heard
The way we screamed.
Walking past our tombs
We realised it was the time for the two of us
He said he would help with the sorrows
We trusted and him so much
He ended up with our lives
Horrendous, malicious and yet, so precious.
As we dance with the doves
Our souls filled with love
The pain vanishes
And actually, everything finishes.
