Depends on if you're talking about earlobe or ear cartilage.
Regular earlobe piercings are a minor, throbbing sting almost like a tight pinch, but cartilage piercings (or at least ones done in the spot right where the lobe ends and the helix begins as a mixed lobe/cartilage piercing) actually HURT and give you a sharp, intense, shooting pain.

I got my ears pierced at 5 and I didn't care much, but I would say it feels like a mosquito bite. Be careful with what metal you wear tho, some people have a sensitivity to it and they can only wear gold/silver or otherwise their ears get all swollen, so please be careful.

Its just a pinch it lobes doesnt really hurt. And few hours you just feel your ears iykwim but its not painful
