The tarts were premade and store bought (I was too lazy). For the fillings, I used mascarpone cheese mixed with cream cheese and a dash of vanilla essence and icing sugar, and I added cocoa powder for the chocolate flavour! No baking needed, refrigerated it for an hour and it's all good
