Weird people at conevntions

Today I gone to a convention with one friend and something that should be normal (normal for an anime convention) happened to me. 

A weird man stayed at the line (where you normally stay and wait to get in) and started to say nonsense things, like "Oh.. Let's see if someone send me a message!" or "I'd never been in this convention particulary but I have experience on this ways." and "I came on time.. Yes.. Ofcurse everything is all right." 

Something normal, right? The little problem is that he was TALKING ALONE BEHIND ME WITH THAT WIRD ANIME TONE AND GETTING MORE AND MORE CLOSE TO ME. 

Lucky me my friend arrive and get away from this weirdo.
