Almost died trying to do a handstand on a dip bar

So while I was working out, I wanted to try the new dip bars I got. I tried to set it up so that, no matter how I may fall, I would be fine. So when I attempted the handstand, I couldn't control my legs, and the rest of my body came soon after. I did a front flip and almost came face-to-face with a glass door. My head was so close to it, and my hands were basically touching it. Its kinda crazy my body stopped moving right before I hit it. 10/10 would recommend
