Video art 'Movimento de Fortaleza', a college project

Hey, this is my first blog, so i’m not very good at this

Anyway, this post is to talk about a college project i worked on. i study visual arts, and i finished my first semester this week. For our Research Methodology class, since it’s an art course, we basically had two research options: research about art or research in art. Everyone in my class chose research in art lol

So the project is about the process of creating an artwork. My group and i decided to do one about video art, focusing on everyday life of Fortaleza, Brazil (the city where I study)

i’m not from Fortaleza, so it was a really interesting experience. Unlike the other members of the group, my view of the city is still kind of enchanted, i think 

Each of us focused on a subtopic, and mine was movement — or “movimento”, in portuguese:p
