Over the past year or so I've been learning to bake bread. For a long time my attempts came out rather flat, but then I discovered this YouTube channel and particularly this video from it: Bake with Jack.
Last week I followed along with the video, made some mistakes, but still made a pair of decent loaves of bread. (Forgot to take photos, though.) Today I did the same thing, made different mistakes, and still (I think) made a pair of decent loaves of bread.
