whats been goin on lately?

Hello! This is my first blog  :3 I hope it's ok ^^

Ever since 4th grade I've had a very horrible scratching problem, where I'd scratch my heads until it bled & pulled out my hair strands until there was a bald spot,,, it eventually grew out and stuff but now I'm doing it again and my mom thought I stopped & now she's sort of disappointed 😭,,,, I hate doing it but it just feels so satisfying & calm or somethin,,, it's been going for way too long, but I genuinely don't know how to stop and I hate it cuz I feel gross 😞 

Anyway I have kiiiinda bad grades rn in math & social studies,,, BOTH D!!!!! I'm trying to get them up but idk if I can about math,,, 😞😞 meh oh well,,,,,
