1. listen to music

2. write for fun

3. learn new words

4. research a topic that interests you

5. stretch

6. do a new makeup look or hairstyle

7. sudoku or any other brain game

8. go on a walk

9. make a moodboard

10. try a new drink or food

11. learn a new language

12. learn how to sow

13. count to 100

14. sing a song, made up or one you like

15. paint your nails & toes 

16. tidy up (ik you need 2)

17. make a list of your favorite things

18. play dressup in your clothes

19. take pictures

20. redecorate

21. call a friend or family member

22. listen to a completely new genre of music

23. write an essay on a topic that interests you

24. make a plan for what you want to do tomorrow

25. play this or that with yourself

26. watch a movie you haven't before 

27. read a book

28. window shop (online or irl)

29. take a nice slow shower

30. BE BORED. Sit in silence and think. 

doomscrolling is such a pain and it only makes everyone feel worse in the end, i hope this list inspires you and helps you to stop mindlessly scrolling.
