My mom pmoo (vent kinda)

Does anyone else's parents like stay so sucked into some device all the time? Like my moms always either working or on her phone. And then she gets mad at me when I talk to her and then she gets mad when I dont talk to her like what?? I'll tell others abt it and she'll be like "well she only talks to me when im working hahahaha" but like its 90% of the time when I talk to her, she'll be watching TV and ill try to talk to her and she'll just stare at me for a sec and nod trying to get me to go away, I try to talk to her while shes working? Ignored half the time. I try to talk to her even while she's just on her phone? I have a video blaring over me until I just give up and go away. It dont make no damn sense honestly, and its not like I can go talk to my dad because I dont have one idk i feel lonely bro. And now my friends are pissing me off like tf should I even do.
