NENA BUENOS DÍAS.


Te sientes cansada y deprimida cierto? malas notas? no te sientes linda? te entiendo me he sentido así durante mucho tiempo , 6 años en realidad, pero te digo algo, no puedes quedarte hecha rollito en  la cama, así que, preciosa, es hora de levantarse, y vamos a poner tu vida en orden, porque si, aunque parezca una mala broma, esos consejos baratos de motivación son ciertos así que pongamos en orden tu vida.


Espera a que termine la semana para que puedas empezar bien, iniciemos el sábado, te despertaras a mas tardar a las 11 de la mañana, te levantas de la cama y vas a desayunar, te quiero despierta nena, lava tu cara y cepilla tus dientes, luego bañate, sal y ponte ropa cómoda, amarra tu pelo y comienza por tu habitación, quizá eres una adolescente que solo debe encargarse de su habitación o quizá ya tienes tu casita y debes limpiarla. No importa, comenzaremos con tu habitación. 

Abre las ventanas que entre luz, y comienza por el tocador, limpia y desempolva todo, luego el escritorio, el clóset, el zapatero, cambia las sabanas y cobertores, tiende la cama y por ultimo barre y trapea; si tienes una casa que limpiar sigue el mismo concepto, inicia por las cosas mas estorbosas.

Perfecto has logrado el primer paso ahora organizate para la escuela o el trabajo, lleva una libreta pequeña donde puedas anotar todas tus tareas pendientes y recuerda no dejar nada para ultima hora, buenas calificación o buen desempeño laboral te quitaran un problema de encima.


Perfecto la parte externa ya la tenemos, ahora hablemos de ti.


Iniciemos con un diario, consigue una libreta que te guste para usarla como Journaling, debes sacar todo lo que tienes dentro.


HAZ EJERCICIO, aunque no lo parezca es necesario, no solo por apariencia física, te aseguro que el ejercicio te mantendrá activa, inscríbete al gimnasio, no debe ser nada pesado, un entrenamiento relajado y un poco de cardio, o quizá prefieras algún deporte, maybe pilates o yoga? no debes de gastar millones, si no quieres ir a un gimnasio o estudio puedes hacerlo en casa, aunque sean 50m pero abre un espacio para la actividad física, me lo agradecerás.


Medita, hazlo antes de dormir y por las mañanas haz 5m de estiramiento matutino, te ayudara a estar mas activa en el día y a dormir mejor.


Mantente linda; no lo hagas para gustarle a los demás, hazlo para gustarte a ti misma. Cada noche lava tu rostro y haz tu rutina de skincare, algo sencillo, todos los domingos sera tu RECET DAY, este día sera para exfoliare a fondo, depilarte completa si tu quieres, ponerte mascarillas en el pelo, darte baños de leche, miel y flores y ordenar tu habitación. Maquillate un poquito, pero ten cuidado de no usar demasiado, no por impresiones, solo para cuidar tu carita, el maquillaje daña la pie.


Arreglate, todos los días antes de ir a trabajar si tu trabajo lo permite y antes de ir al colegio, arreglate como si fueras una súper modelo. no hace falta usar Channel hasta con el uniforme escolar o de trabajo puedes verte preciosa, por que ya lo eres; cepilla tu cabello, usa un poco de gloss arregla tus cejas como te gusten, ponte crema, un poco de maquillaje si puedes, perfumarte, añade accesorios y un peinado bonita, y si puedes usar la ropa que quieras entonces saca tus mejores conjuntos, y recuerda, repite ropa pero nunca outfit.


Y POR ULTIMO 

Ten seguridad, recuerda que eres una princesa, una reina, lo puedes y lo eres todo, eres perfecta, eres bella, nada en ti o tu cuerpo esta mal, si vas  a cambiar algo de ti cámbialo para ti misma y por salud mental y emocional, nunca cambies para agradar a la gente,

But let me tell you something, you can't just stay curled up in bed. So, sweetheart, it's time to get up, and we're going to get your life in order. Because yes, even though it sounds like a bad joke, those cheap motivational tips are true, so let's get your life in order.

Wait until the end of the week so you can start off right. Let's begin on Saturday. You'll wake up no later than 11 a.m., get out of bed, and have breakfast. I want you awake, girl. Wash your face and brush your teeth, then take a shower. Get out and put on comfortable clothes, tie your hair up, and start with your room. Maybe you're a teenager who only has to take care of their room, or maybe you already have your own place and need to clean it. It doesn't matter, we'll start with your room.

Open the windows to let in the light, and start with the vanity. Clean and dust everything, then the desk, the closet, the shoe rack, change the sheets and blankets, make the bed, and finally sweep and mop. If you have a whole house to clean, follow the same concept: start with the most cumbersome things.

Perfect! You've accomplished the first step. Now get organized for school or work. Carry a small notebook where you can write down all your pending tasks, and remember not to leave anything until the last minute. Good grades or good work performance will save you a lot of trouble.

Let's start with a journal. Get a notebook you like to use for journaling. You need to get everything out.

EXERCISE. Even if it doesn't seem like it, it's necessary, not just for your physical appearance. I assure you that exercise will keep you active. Join a gym; it doesn't have to be anything strenuous—a relaxed workout and a little cardio. Or perhaps you'd prefer a sport, maybe Pilates or yoga? You don't have to spend a fortune. If you don't want to go to a gym or studio, you can do it at home, even if it's just 50 square meters. Just create a space for physical activity; you'll thank me later.

Meditate. Do it before bed, and in the mornings, do 5 minutes of stretching. It will help you be more active during the day and sleep better.

Stay beautiful; don't do it to please others, do it to please yourself. Every night, wash your face and do your skincare routine—something simple. Every Sunday will be your RECIPE DAY. This day is for a deep exfoliation, full hair removal if you want, applying hair masks, taking milk, honey, and flower baths, and tidying your room. Wear a little makeup, but be careful not to use too much, not to impress anyone, but just to protect your face. Makeup can damage your skin.

Get ready every day before work, if your job allows it, and before school. Dress like a supermodel. You don't need to wear Chanel; you can look gorgeous even in your school or work uniform, because you already are. Brush your hair, use a little gloss, shape your eyebrows however you like, apply moisturizer, a little makeup if you can, perfume, add accessories, and a pretty hairstyle. If you can wear whatever you want, then wear your best outfits. And remember, repeat clothes, but never repeat outfits.

AND FINALLY

Be confident, remember that you are a princess, a queen, you can do it all, you are everything, you are perfect, you are beautiful, nothing about you or your body is wrong. If you're going to change something about yourself, change it for yourself and for your mental and emotional health. Never change to please other people.
