Embarrassing problem, but I need help!

I have an embarrassing problem. It turns out that due to a series of misunderstandings and bad decisions, my parents put parental controls on my phone, and now that they've taken them away, I can't download apps like Twitter/X cause: "Your parents have restricted this app" Although they no longer control my phone, and I can't access incógnito mode 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
