THE WORST FRIEND GROUP I HAD

I just want to vent and share my experience because i still can't believe how some people can be so weird man. (yes, its long)

So, the past year i had my first group of friends at my university, and at first glance they were alright (WRONG). The first week passed smoothly, and nothing bad really happened. They were kinda funny and i didn't notice anything weird. The first red flag was when we had our first test where one of my "friends" (let's name her "glasses") had a meltdown because she got a low score and claimed that the computer/page was not working (it was an online test). The weird thing was that when i tried to reassure her about how it's normal to make mistakes she claimed that it was not a mistake because she's the best in our class (???, like girl, it's our first test, how do you claim that you are the best?).

Anyway, when that happened i started noticing more things. For more context, let's name the rest of the "friends": Glasses, Blonde, Headphones, Curls, Kitty, and Shorty. So, i noticed that everyone (except kitty) had a weird obsession with "curls" like whatever she said was the rule. She was the oldest, so i assume they thought she was smarter (a stupid assumption if you ask me). "Curls" was a bitch, she was always talking like she was the smartest person in the room and everyone should learn from her (her parts in projects were always wrong).

I never got along with her but i didn't have a problem either, until one day when "kitty" and "Curls" had a fight because kitty borrowed money from her and she didn't return it fast enough. I talked with kitty about that (and how she was at fault). She was very sweet and i discovered that she already apologized to Curls, but she refused to talk with her (13 dollars btw). The problem was that I noticed that everyone started to kinda ignore kitty and i was like, ??? 

I hate when people are left behind (especially when it is for stupid reasons), so i stick with her so she will  not be alone, when i did that they started to ignore me too, but because i have a big mouth, I called them out and they always denied everything. "Shorty", "Blonde", and "headphones" were not better than the rest, they were the kind of girls who are capable of doing everything for the sake of not being without friends. (i tried to talk with them separately, and even when they didn't agree with curls, they did it anyway).

After talking with them (where they said that i was wrong and they didn't do anything wrong because we were still "friends") the next day, I sat at our usual table with them and Kitty, and EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE, walked away (I felt like I was in a Disney Channel movie), and man, i got mad as fuck, so I stood too and walked away with kitty (after calling them out again). They ignore us all day.

After that, they acted like we didn't exist and we were in the wrong. I don't know if they thought that we were going to apologize or beg for forgiveness, but the next day i talked with them again (i talked with "glasses" because apparently the others were cowards and they didn't get closer to me), and i told them that we were not friends anymore. Maybe i was too harsh because after that, the next day they didn't even look me in the eye.

Anyway, shortly after that, me and kitty found another friend group (amazing btw), and because of that, I noticed (and heard from others) that a lot of people hated those bitches (sometimes it's good to hear that you are not the only one with a problem). I don't know how that happened, but for some reason Curls became really problematic (she had a fight with everyone, yes, everyone, and ended up saying transphobic stuff). And of course her followers defend her (the group was very criticized).

By the end of the second semester, i discover that "glasses" was going to leave university and "Curls" got pregnant, so she will not be coming back for a while (yes, i was happy), i doubt the others will do something, but if they try to fix things (very less likely), I will refuse because they are not good people.
