Just found out my mom stole all the money promised to me by my dad

For context, I am on non-speaking terms with my dad and he and I agreed on this amount in exchange for me never directly asking him for money again. My mom and I originally planned to live together in the Pacific Northwest so we could be close to my sister. But I am on non-speaking terms with my sister after she said she wishes she were my dad so she could have abused me more and said that she was ashamed to be my sister--all right in front of our mom. Our mom also changed her mind about living close to us and wants to spend her time back and forth between South Carolina and Puerto Rico. She has repeatedly lied about and falsely promised to move to Europe for more than ten years, especially after Trump got elected, but never followed through.

My mom is now pretending to forget the money promised to me exists and is now lying to me that it's going to all her moving and life expenses, including my new car. We had repeatedly discussed me paying back part of the car over the course of this year using my money, but she insisted that I not worry about it and that I'm supposedly incapable of paying that money back anyways. 

This is not the first time she has stolen money from me, but this is the most unforgivable instance because she is trying to force me into dependence on her and my dad as a means of control and humiliation. I've noticed over the past several years some signs of cognitive decline on her part. She's increasingly forgetful and difficult to simply communicate with because she's constantly pitching fits, forcibly changing subjects in conversations and rambling on and on, and less sensitive to my problems.

I don't know what to do with my life after completely cutting out the other three members of my family. The economy is so bad that I have at most the rest of the year before I start seriously running out of money and I was planning on visiting Argentina to see if I'd want to live there and start a business. I've also lost the majority of my friends last year and have no desire or expectation to make any more within the United States. America is a stupid, racist country that brings out the worst among its individual groups (black, Latino, Christian, Jewish, etc.) and pits them against each other while we have ICE rounding up and murdering people. All the while, the liberals have absolutely no solution or vision for the future after Trump.
