i lovee my they them pronounsss

i feel like nothing quite captures my gender identity like how they/them does, and it made me realise just how precise the vibes of pronouns are and how much comfort using the correct one brings us

the first thing i like is that its on a different plane and definition than something like she/her or he/him, they is just a plural pronoun in a grammatical sense, and it feels more comforting, considering that i neither identify with any of the two pronouns nor do i feel like a singular definable entity, theres room for change in this pronoun


i write about myself in the third person and i refer to myself as a they instead of a he or a she and i see that theres a huge load just lifted so easily from my heart, that i dont need to be a certain gender, i dont need to be anything, that i dont need to focus even subconsiously on what i just wrote
