PART ONE

The year was 2004, it was october second and Abblegate town was already infested in various halloween decor. Despite the city being small, the citizens sure had a passion for spooky season! Teachers and teenagers at mayfield high were already making plans for the month...parties, events, and various different music concerts were already programmed to happen, everyone seemed to be looking foward to them, except...except for Ryan Campbell.

Ryan was an odd individual, he used to be one of the most popular guys at his school. He was the steriotypical jock guy, light brown hair, dark green eyes, he loved sports and had a HUGE friend group, but...all of that crumbled once he met Paige Phelps, she quickly became part of Ryans friend group. The girl had blonde wavy hair and dark blue eyes and unlike most popular girls he had met, she seemed extremely kind! Well...that was what Ryan thought before she showed her true true self.

Radio: Morning, morning! Mable here! Today is october 15th 2005, The sun is shining and theres little to no chance of rain for today, but hey! make sure to bring a jacket with you, as wind might be blowing quite strongly! We don't want anyone catching colds here now do we? Heh, well thats enough for weather, lets get on with the latest news! events happening in town! As you all know, halloween is just in a few-
[Turns off]

Tyler: HEY!!!! RYAN! what was that for?!? Are you seriously still pissy about halloween just because of last year?? | He screams from the kitchen to the couch where Ryan was supposedly sleeping

Ryan: well i-

Tyler: dude get over it, Paige dumped you, so what?? | He says walking over to the couch and sitting on the arm rest with a cereal bowl in his hand

Ryan: SHE DID NOT DUMP ME! shes a monster dude!! LITERALLY! | He screams while laying down and staring somewhat furiously at his roomate

Tyler: Ryan..sighs look... You were really drunk at that party, high even! You were probally seeing things! And before you say anything... | Tyler shushes the boy with his finger as he was about to defend himself |  ...I agree, she was an asshole for breaking up while you were drunk but...its been a year. Its about time you forget her dude!

Ryan: ITS NOT ABOUT FORGETTING! AND SHE DIDNT "DUMP" ME! | He says sitting up from his position | i dont care about her anymore, what i care is that she is a demon! A REAL one may i add! 

 

Tyler just stares at Ryan with a skeptical look that clearly showed how much he thought his roomate was insane...and Ryan definetly picked up on it...

Ryan: DUDE CMONN...ur the biggest supernatural- conspiracy...monster thing nerd ever!! Do you not see how odd she acts??

Tyler: NO. All i see is that my best friend has definetly gone MENTAL. I know how devils and demons or whatever you think she is are supposed to act, i have a book on them and...shes the total opposite! Shes kind..nice..and REALLY pretty. Do you how hard it is for demons to transform so well without looking hideous?? Im sure  shes off the radar for being one of them. | He says as he eats a bit of his breakfast

Ryan groans and lies down again, facing away from Tyler

Tyler: NO no no Ryan boy! What do you think youre doing...you know its ur turn to do groceries today right?? I better see you dressed in 5 and outside in 10, dude.

Ryan was extremely stressed, he knew how chaotic that place would be any time close to halloween. He did get dressed though, but he obviously picked random stuff from his closet, covering it all up with a jacket and walking to the supermarket.

And as he expected...the store was FILLED with people, parents buying candy, teens buying party paraphernelia for all the various events and even some kids that were clearly trying to steal from the place...he sighed and went on to get everything he and his roomates needed for the week, but as soon as he got to the cashier, he saw her... Paige Phelps. and...her new boyfriend?? Ryan clearly forgot that Paige had an obsessive partner...guy wouldnt leave her alone for even a SECOND. He was really famous for doing extreme things just to please her and for having her name plastered on every single thing he owned, anyone who saw Jaime would know that he was down BAD for Paige. 

Paige on the other hand...was just as bad as Jaime was! They definetly belonged to eachother.

 Ryan was quite scared for her to see him...he never looked at her the same after last years halloween party, he had spent months trying to convince himself that she was in a costume and that all of those things he saw were created by his drunken and high mind...even though the small scar on his temple and the burn marks beside his earlobe said otherwise.
