Another Day

Im going to try to write in english totally without a translate to be better in this leanguage, it you see a mistake please tell me about it.

Today its a new but not really new day, a rutine, right? But i try to see new thing, play new things and the most important thing, take  care of my mental health, but i dint do a very good work with that, first because i dont know how to do that, but im trying my best today, its morning and thats means i have the rest of the day to still trying, thank you for read.
