The morning after, except it's still the same hour

There's a certain type of clarity that comes to you after relapsing
whether that be through a blade, a cigarette, or that private browser that you just closed

it's weird. in the moment, you were so lost inside your head, and then all of a sudden, you just can't help but feel disappointed in yourself

sometimes you don't even feel ANYTHING, you're kinda just numb

but in the end, its your choice if you wanna get better or not... 

Relapsing kinda feels like a mini death, if anything
i just died, and i was born anew

but nothing really changed, i'm just more ashamed of myself now
