Self care isn't bubble baths or pretty routines you can post online. Real self care is choosing yourself with intention. Its waking up and deciding that your peace, growth and future matter even when no one else is clapping for you.

Self care is discipline. Its protecting your energy, speaking up when something feels wrong, and walking away from what no longer serves you. Its doing the hard things now because you believe you deserve better later. It's trusting yourself enough to keep going, even on the days you feel tired or unsure. 

So you don't need candles to be powerful. Self care is self respect. And every time you choose yourself, you become stronger.
